High School Student Ashni’s First Achievement in the Eisele Labs.

Our new high school intern, Ashni Kapadia, just completed the first milestone in her project on microfluidics. She is mastering droplet generation using multiple connectors, organic solvents, and multiple dyes. The first success was getting three dyes to mix together in droplet formation, while being carried by an organic solvent.

Not only is Ashni pushing on her project, but she is also raising the bar for our high school and undergraduate interns. We are pleased to have recruited such talented and motivated young researchers.
