Ultrafast spectroscopy team collects time resolved fluorescence data in our lab!

Our postdoc spectroscopy specialist Dr. Chris Leishman and his assistant Dominik Doktor have acquired the Eisele Group’s first time-resolved spectroscopy data. Using the refurbished femtosecond laser system with a streak camera detector, they have collected picosecond fluorescence spectra for light-harvesting nanotubes of both cyanine and porphyrin dyes. The team gives special thanks to Vladimir from the lab of Professor Swapan Gayen for his technical expertise in bringing the streak camera electronics and software back to life!
